We hope, of course, that you’re happy with your order. Not completely satisfied, or would you rather choose something else? Don’t worry, at Lotte Lou we make exchanges and returns as easy as possible.
You have 30 days after receipt of your order to submit a return or exchange request.
Would you like to return or exchange a product? Please get in touch via our contact page. Include your name and order number so we can help you as quickly as possible and send you further instructions.
To process your request properly, please make sure that:
- the product is unused;
- any labels are still attached;
- the product is returned in its original condition;
- the request is submitted within the return period.
The costs of returning or exchanging are at your own expense.
Once we have received and checked your return in good order, we will process the refund as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the order. If it concerns an exchange, we’ll make sure the rest is handled as smoothly as possible.
